10 Bedrooms Villa in Lucca, SPA, Panoramic Pool

The Villa experience exceeded my expectations. My family, friends and I were able to enjoy rest, food, pickleball and unbelievable surroundings with incredible views and weather. We acted on the recommendation of the owner and engaged a local chef (Mariella) for breakfast and dinner. This elevated our experience to the next level. The Tuscan roads and navigation can be challenging and of course the language is not our native tongue. Having Mariella prepare local, fresh authentic Italian cuisine was the BEST decision. Additionally we were supported day and night by Loredana, the house manager. Her guidance and assistance was critical to our stay. She anticipated our needs, asked all the right questions and helped us make all the right decisions. All the staff were a blessing. Our group consisted of 17 persons in our 10 bed villa. Not all were pickleball players on arrival, but a few players were born during the week! What a treat to have recreation as well as indulgence in food and wine all week. The villa pool is unparalleled in its size and beauty! We enjoyed a sauna afterwards as well - there are two! What a week - not at all happy to leave - it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location, wonderful service, accommodating staff, amazing amenities

This is a big and beautiful farmhouse close to Lucca and Pisa. We had plenty of room for our group of 7. The patio is amazing to eat al fresco. Note: We visited in August and air-conditioning was a must. A very great house!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The Villa is in perfectly located, close to beautiful cities, especially Lucca. From the reservation to the check in and check out, the hosts were very helpful throughout.

An incredible home in a beautiful setting. A group of 12 of us stayed for a few nights and had the best time. So so spacious. The place looks even better in real life. We had a few issues with AC, however Martina helped to sort out of the issues and there was great communication. Would recommend the villa to anyone!

Great location with amazing views. The pool area is a winner. Would recommend to friends and family.

This home and location are stunning. The space is great, the amenities are fabulous, but for the price we had hoped that everything would be perfect. We were not able to use the microwave or stove because the microwave is missing all the numbers and the oven has no instructions so we couldn't cook with it. The kitchen is poorly stocked with few knives/pots/pans. We were unaware that we would have to buy toilet paper, paper towels and 5 kinds of garbage bags. We were given 1 bath towel and a hand towel per person for an entire weeks stay. The sinks in the master bathroom are broken and the faucets are so low you can barely fit your hands under them to wash your hands. There is a gardener there almost every day, he uses the blower as early as 7:30am right next to the windows of the house. Again, the home is stunning and Martina, the house manager is delightful. It was just disappointing that the owners and property management team are not more customer focused.

Villa Duemani is a special place on earth. We feel so fortunate to have experienced it and can’t wait to go back. It is located among many interesting small towns in the area (make sure to check out Montecatini Alto with its cable car), but if you’re not planning on driving around, the villa is the perfect place to relax and take it all in. The hosts did an excellent job to create a comfortable, relaxing experience with many thoughtful touches throughout the villa. I hope we come back one day.
