The spacious living room with dining area and a comfortable sofa will allow you to spend moments of relaxation in complete tranquillity.



The American kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You can therefore prepare tasty meals and feel at home. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, heat pump heating and free WiFi connection.



Outside, you will find a beautiful private garden of 200 sq m, fenced, furnished with garden furniture, perfect for outdoor relaxation moments.
