The sofa bed has a waterproof protector, 3 sets of sheets and pillows and 2 blankets, and 2-bed covers (duvet only). Kindly also note that it is very easy to open the sleeper sofa, it's a little tricky to put it back - you must push the metal piece by the pillows before pushing the entire bed back in. Aside from that, our living room is equipped with chairs, side tables, Smart TV, Roku, lamps, and a ceiling fan.brbrKITCHEN:br✤ Our kitchen is stocked with all you should need to cook a typical meal. This also includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, set of knives, dish towels, sponges or dishcloths, hand soap, salt and pepper, paper towel holder, dishwashing liquid and trash can & garbage bags.brbrBEDROOM:br✤ The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed with bed frame, nightstands, dressers, lamps, ceiling fan, Smart TV, Roku, trash can, waterproof protector, decoration, 3 sets of sheets and pillows, and 2 blankets and 2-bed covers (duvet only). We always make sure that the bathroom is sparkling clean.
