Stayed Oct 1, 2025We've stayed here several times now and it's always a good experience. The property is nice, clean, comfortable and the neighborhood is very nice also. It's far enough out to be quiet but close enough to shops and restaurants.

Stayed Nov 29, 2023We enjoyed our stay here immensely! Everything was perfect from the spacious modern layout of the home to the comfortable beds and all the amenities. We will definitely stay here again when going to Tyler to visit our best friends and attend Canton Trade Days.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We rented this home for our annual cousin getaway as well as to visit family. The house is beautiful and has a very spacious layout for large families. Great kitchen space and room for the family to gather to eat and play board games. Gustavo was a great host and even called me a head of time to inform me that the internet was down due to a recent storm and was trying his best to rectify the issue. Although we did not have internet for our stay, Gustavo did everything he could to ensure that we had a great stay even allowing us to check-in early. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and stores close by as well as close access to UT Tyler. We will definitely book here again in the future.
