Stayed Jun 9, 2025Our stay was great. The street was quiet and close to the beach access. House is beautiful. Seating is limited. If you settle in for a late night movie, there is not enough comfortable seating in the living room. Lower front porch has a swing and furniture to sit and hang out on. The other decks do not have seating. Adding seating to these areas would be a definite upgrade. The kitchen is stocked with only two pans/skillets so that made cooking for a group difficult. Otherwise the stay was great! I would definitely stay again. It is a beautiful house.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024We enjoyed the stay. The house is beautiful and a great location. Water has a smell but after visiting with locals this is just something they deal with. We couldn’t get the latch to open when trying to get in the gate, I called the number and the host answered., he was trying to figure out what to do then a gentleman was walking by and ended up getting it open for us ladies.m I will definitely rent this again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2023Upon arrival everything was clean and nice. The process of getting in the property was simple once I reached out to the property owner to get instructions. We enjoyed the property a lot. The patio was a great feature. The water inside the house had an awful stench coming from it. I would highly recommend sending check in and check out instructions for the future guests who are to attend the beach house. The house is close to the beach entrance which was great and convenient! I would also recommend either including extra bath towels to use while showering or have guest informed to bring their own. Would definitely return if these things addressed.
