The owners maintain a home warranty policy to protect the appliances and the air conditioner condenser was replaced in 2017 as well. We do not keep the thermostat locked while other condos force you to accept the temperature they want. Just ask you turn up per the check out instructions. The kitchen is frankly over equipped giving you the ability to prepare any meals you might desire.
