You have found a little treasure with this tropical 5th floor studio at The Florence! Sit and enjoy the sun with the ocean and bay views from the private south facing balcony. You will sleep well on the new queen comforpedic loft mattress fitted with all cotton sheets. A queen sleeper is also ready to go for additional guests. This studio unit will accommodate up to 4 people. Plenty of soft towels are in the bath that has a tub/shower combo. Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with potsand pans, dishes, glasses etc. A 50 smart TV with cable and showtime, a DVD and high speed WiFi will help occupy your down time.
Self check in with your personal code and keyless entry makes keeping up with keys a thing of the past.

We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required for each.

Spring Break: Condo is available to adults and families. This is not a party place. $25 Security wristbands apply. Message me before booking if questions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday dates. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
