On the main floor is a half bath, with a fairly open concept & large kitchen that opens to the living room and patio with all tile floors, stainless appliances and granite counters. brbrbrbrThe eat in counter is great if you have some work to do on the road, with included high speed wifi/internet as well as local cable to catch the game.brbrThis condo has a high top workspace for working remote too. There are two very cool features of this condo too - a working gas grill and a washer and dryer stackable in the condo. Please do bring propane tank though if you want to use grill brbrbrbrThe kitchen is fully equipped ready for meal prep after a long day at the beach. Its central location puts you and your guests within walking distance to shops, entertainment venues, restaurants and much more, making it perfect for a family getaway, or a weekend retreat with friends! brbr2,363 Sq Ft. One bedroom down, two bedrooms up, all with ensuite full bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen with reverse osmosis drinking wate. Private Pool that is heated during winter months (Nov - Feb). Fully fenced backyard. 2-car garage for guests to use. brbrOur nightly price depends on the number of guests, children included. Additional guest fee applies for guest #7 and above till the maximum occupancy. Please indicate your exact number of guests at booking and the quote will reflect that. If you increase the number of guests after your reservation is made, additional guest fee may apply. brbrWe allow only house-trained pets with a $100 pet fee per pet each stay. If there is a big drop in air temperature, the water temperature will drop also even though our motor is still set to run at 84 deg. Owner or Agent cannot be held accountable for the water temperature of the pool. Owner guarantees that the pool heater is set at 84 degrees for the pool. If on the rare occasion that the air temperature drops below 50 degrees, our pool heater will shut off due to the strain on the motor to keep it from burning out.
