Everything was perfect

The view was everything! A large comfortable bed in each room. I will note that the master had a gorgeous view but no locking door- this matters for parents ?. You really don’t need to bring any extras here. I found spices, salt and pepper, laundry and dish soap, garbage bags, tp, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toys, boogie boards, games, etc etc. We had a wonderful stay and the hosts were available with any issues. The bedrooms are really big. The walk to the pool takes 2 min and the beach 4 min. We had a great vacation with our 5 children.

Amazing location and well stocked for all your beach adventures! Hosts were easy to get ahold of and so very kind. We are hoping to get there again soon!

This is our fourth annualTrip! We love Nick and Lana’s condo. We know it will be clean and always updated! We love they always have beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. What a blessing!

Owner provides all the necessary details for check in. Check-in was very quick. Condo/suite was very clean. All the necessities for the kitchen and bathroom were provided. Very close proximity to the beach, I was able to back and forth from the beach w/o tiring out. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone.

This has to be the best location on the island!!! The condo fit our family of 6 perfectly. The condo was extremely clean and the view was amazing!!!! The closet of beach supplies was wonderful . It had beach chairs, boogie boards, ect…We also loved the pool and had it to ourselves a lot of the time in the afternoon. We are so thankful we stayed here!!!! :)

We traveled for work and play.Really enjoyed the safety of a gated complex.There are several bars/restaurants with beach front walking distance.This host keeps extra amenities on hand which is a huge time saver.The host is also a great communicator.

We can’t express how much our family (4 adults and three kids) enjoyed staying at Sea Vista and we can’t wait to come back next year. Everything about it met our needs, including the location, the NOT crowded beach, great restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive, the beautiful condo and all of the amenities that included all things needed for the beach. We discovered we could walk off the beach right onto the Margarita Ville restaurant and enjoyed lunch on their patio. Lastly, our hosts Lana and Nick were so responsive and hospitable. You just can’t go wrong when renting this condo on the beach and we highly recommend these hosts! Lastly, everything on the discrimination is true! Thank you for everything Nick and Lana!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo on the beach! The property was very clean and the condo was fully furnished and easy to access. Great sunrises! Great beach with a variety of shells!

We had an amazing time. Great views from the balcony, a short walk to the beach, heated pool and toys and games.

This condo was the best yet we have stayed at down there. Bedroom options a+++. Owners were quick to respond and accommodated us on our trip.

This condo more than met our expectations! We had a front row (balcony) seat to ocean viewing, easy beach access, and quiet. It easily accommodated our family of six. SPI has many activities and restaurants to keep everyone entertained. Thank you!

I visited SPI for my 30th birthday the last week of October this year. We booked this VRBO after having an issue with the original one we booked and MAN are we glad we had to make the switch! There was plenty of space for everyone that stayed plus some! (5 adults total). The VRBO had everything we needed (the only suggestion is maybe a wagon for hauling all the beach stuff back and forth) and everything we could have wanted. The location is perfectly located at the end of the busy island. The time of year also helped, but it was very peaceful! We had all the household supplies we could have needed. I had the most wonderful time and our VRBO played a huge role in our experience. 10/10 would recommend the rental as well as SPI in general (especially in the late fall!!!). We cannot wait to come back down!

We had a great trip this year. The condo is great and very child friendly. View to the beach was great. It was clean and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and having a washer and dryer in the unit was the cherry on top.

We have been coming to spi for 6 yrs now yrly and this is our 4th stay at sea vista but this condo has been the best; stocked with the exact cooking pans my mom loves to use, plenty of toiletries, etc. best part our bed was super comfy hard time getting up! Thank you
