Stayed Dec 24, 2022Owner was responsive but unit needs some tlc and fixtures/appliances/dishes, and pots and pans replaced. Get rid of old stuff not being used, just makes it look cluttered.

Stayed Dec 2, 2022Owner replied so quickly with any questions we had. She is awesome. The property is nice. We were able to fish and use the jacuzzi in December! There is a very nice balcony, and the overall space was bigger than I anticipated.

Stayed Jun 7, 2021What a perfect piece of paradise. I was searching for a spot ON the water and this was definitely it. I loved waking up to the canal everyday. The condo was well taken care of and everything was in working condition. I brought most of my own supplies just in case, but most of the necessities were available. It was very easy to message the renter anytime I needed anything. My kids and I enjoyed the pool a lot too. This condo is close enough yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of SPI, while still being on the main road. We loved being in between the action and all of the beaches. Thank you to Stephanie for sharing this beautiful property with us! We will definitely book again in the future.
