Renovated home has a family room, living room, and multiple dining areas, there is more than enough space for you to spread out.brbrbrbrThe first floor of the home has a kitchenette (with small beverage fridge) right off the pool & backyard. On the second floor, the open living room features a large smart TV and an oversized sofa. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, tile counters, and ample meal prep space, making cooking delicious home cooked meals easy. There is even a separate wet bar area off living room with conversational seating, perfect for evening cocktails or head to one of 3 outdoor patios to take in the weekend fireworks.brbrbrbrWhen it's time to eat, dine together around the breakfast bar or at one of the dining tables.brbrbrbrA true focal point of the property is the enclosed yard to meet your expectations of privacy AND fun. It is lined by palms and showcasing a turquoise pool and pool spa. The pool & Jacuzzi outside does offer optional heating for an additional $25 per day charge.brbrbrbrAfternoon swims after a long day at the beach to tire out the kiddos is all right here, plus ample outdoor seating for cookouts prepared over the BBQ gas grill (please bring LP gas if you plan on using as we do not provide). When you aren't swimming, enjoy sitting on the balconies available off each level, or on the sun-soaked lanai off the living room.brbrbrbrBack inside, get fully comfortable in the private bedrooms, each featuring a king sized bed - and central air-conditioning. Additional interior amenities include a private washer/dryer and internet access with WIFi. There is one pull out couch to a full size, plus 2 queen sized airbeds provided for additional sleeping (note: bring extra bedding if you plan on using pull out or airbeds). We also so have 2 single sized rollaway beds. Consider using a golf cart for getting around the island, which are available for rent from various local vendors. Please note that parking on the side of the road may result in towing. Explore the island's attractions, restaurants, and beaches with ease from our convenient location!brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrPlease note that check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. An electronic key code will be provided on the day of check-in to the number on file. A completed rental agreement and a photo of your ID are required prior to arrival. Failure to provide these will result in no door code and no refund. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including infants. We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.), but it is not unlimited. For stays over 2 nights, you may need to bring more. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional $25 per day; this must be requested for the entire stay. Please bring your own LP gas for the BBQ grill. A maximum of two vehicles are allowed, and a golf cart is considered a vehicle. Parking on the side of the road may result in towing. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No parties or loud noises are permitted. Pets are allowed with a fee and must not be left alone to bark, allowed on furniture, or in the pool area; all droppings must be cleaned up. Failure to comply with the rules will result in fees. The primary guest must check in and accompany all guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. Bahia mar is very resort like with 2 pools, a very unique elevated sundeck off the ocean, and the ample bedding makes it perfect for families while still affording good privacy.brbrbrbrOur condo was renovated completely in the spring of 2025 with new kitchen & furniture. brbrThe Bahia Mar has resort-style amenities including, two inviting hot tubs, two tennis courts, a private beach access, a playground for kids, and beachfront seating to relax while listening to the waves and feeling the cool ocean breeze. Walk to so many cool beachfront locales like Clayton’s Beach Bar, Barry’s Beach Bar, Bar Louies, and Wanna Wanna Beach Bar with its great location on the northern side of the island. There is also the new Oysters Cove fine dining that is walkable as well as Sea Turtle Inc for the kiddos and adults alike!brbrbrbrA brand new kitchen provides all the essential cookware and appliances for making delicious & convenient home-cooked meals while on vacation. brbrbrbrThe living room features a flat-screen smart TV for your apps along with an adjacent private patio overlooking the Gulf and grounds.brbrPatio is ideal for morning coffee or evening margaritas. While this property does not feature a BBQ grill due to HOA rules, you can bring a charcoal grill and do it on the beach as allowed. It's the perfect small getaway for parents.brbrbrbrThe master bedroom features an en suite bathroom private with a combo bathtub/shower. brbrbrbrWe do allow up to 8 total guests but 6 is more comfortable with the provided bedding as in the guest room there are two queen size beds and a flat-screen TV. While the condo is not a brand new renovation - we think you will really like it - it is super clean and functional in every way. A couple with kids it is perfect for however. or a small group of friends that don't mind sharing a bedroom.
