The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and the third floor has two bedrooms, a small living room and a full bathroom. The basement has been converted into a private speakeasy, The Sideways Seven. The backyard has plenty of seating for the entire group, a fire pit, horseshoes, and corn hole.brbrGuest Access:brThe entire property is yours to enjoy! From the incredible private speakeasy to the amazing backyard built for entertaining.brbrThe Neighborhood:brTobin Hill is one of the most desirable and unique neighborhoods surrounding downtown San Antonio. You can walk to many amazing restaurants and bars, coffee shops and retail stores. It is a safe neighborhood to walk in and you will likely meet some of the friendly neighbors. Additionally The Riverwalk and The Pearl are just a few minutes away if you would like to Uber or if you prefer to walk it is less than 20 minutes.
