It has a built in loft where the main bedroom and work space is also located. Downstairs there is the main living space, kitchen and bathroom. This is where the second bed can be located in the sofa sleeper (queen size). Outside the front door, there is a 16' wide x 6' deep covered wooden deck/porch. You can also fire up the chiminea right outside the deck/porch for a peaceful evening. brbrThere is a small yard space for any pets that is separate from the main house.
