Enjoy the gorgeous 180-degree view of Copano Bay from the back of the house. Watch the beautiful sunset from the 200' fishing pier or the balcony upstairs. There is one sports fishing light and one underwater green light for all your fishing needs. The t-head is lighted with built in benches and a bait prep table. There is a covered and lighted fish cleaning station in the middle of the pier.Upstairs the living room is comfy and cozy open to the kitchen and dining area. There is a cable TV in the living room. There is ample seating, as the dining table seats six and the bar seats five. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, and pots and pans. The living room and dining room both have French doors that open to the three-sided porch. The primary bedroom is cute and coastal themed with a king size bed.
