Stayed Jun 21, 2026There were some things around the house that needed to be repaired. The host was out of the country so communication took a while. Overall we had a great time at the house. We fished and swam the entire time. The pool was very nice and perfect for hanging out.

Stayed Jun 17, 2026The house was perfect for our group. It was close to everything we needed. We loved the pool!!! The beds were super comfy. The house overall was comfy. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The neighborhood was quiet. Nicolas answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Thank you for a great stay!!!!

Stayed May 21, 2026The host was awesome but the property was not desirable at all! The sliding doors were so hard to open and close the outdoor area was not even and not acceptable to the pictures they showed, the tile was uneven and cracked not the worst place but not desirable for the price! I’m very middle of the road for the property, the house is so out of date and run down . The house was clean.

Stayed Dec 30, 2025Cannot say enough great things about this property! We stay in Rockport frequently, and this by far was our favorite stay. We will most definitely request to book again. Home was spacious, clean, great location, and the host was communicative and accomodating. 5 stars!
