Great house, great pool, and even better Hosts?

We loved this house! Great amenities! Plenty of space! The kitchen was really well stocked with great quality cookware. Having the double ovens and the 2 sets of washers and dryers was a plus! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood. We rented the golf cart and enjoyed driving around to look at the houses and the bay. We also made it out H‑E‑B which is super close. Our hosts made us a map to get to town in the cart! Our boys booked a fishing charter and had a wonderful day! They caught 14 fish and we grilled them for dinner that night! Thank you Matt and Christie for your hospitality!

We had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities at the house as well as the location!! We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels, and the supply of a few basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc,) made our stay very comfortable.

We loved the space and enjoyed the outdoor upgrades! You might want to check the fishing light because when you turn it on, it trips the breaker. Also please check the outlets in the master bathroom as they were not working.

They were highly responsive to all inquiries, provided timely and helpful communication, and proactively checked in on multiple occasions to ensure that every aspect of the accommodation met our needs and preferences. Their attentiveness and professionalism contributed significantly to the overall quality of our visit. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would enthusiastically choose this property again for future trips.

This property was amazing, from the sunrise/sunset deck to the size if the property. There were 14 of us and lots of space throughout the house and outdoors. Each room had such a wonderful beachy feel to it. Great weekend!!

This property was amazing! It accommodated our entire family as we celebrated a milestone birthday at my brother-in-law! The property had everything we needed plus more! All of the kayaks, paddle boards and other water items were a bonus. We will definitely come again.

Over all, the house was large enough for 3 families. Close to beach, ocean views are beautiful so giving it a 3, but it needs some work to say the least! cons: the house is old so very out dated. We had large families and cooked every night. The stove only has 2 working burners, and 1 of those 2 didnt get very hot. My husband had to fix the other one to make it work. The basic appliances were horrible ( dont try using the can opener, not possible!) There we ants in every nook and cranny of the house. All over the bathroom and kitchen counters. The microwave was old so even trying to just warm things up took a massive amount of time. There were huge holes in the walls with pictures to cover them upWe contacted the host a few days prior that we would have a registered support animal as a courtesy and was told we needed to call to figure that out because they dont allow pets because of the cleaning fees they incur. Understand animals are not accepted, but again this is a registered support dog for medical reasons. We didnt call to discuss because were mind blown to get that response.Downstairs: The lights (floresent lights!!) Were on the same switch as the fans. To turn the fan on the bright light HAD TO STAT ON. Its Texas, its HOT! Creepy part...there is a room with a lock, that didnt lock. Opened the door to find a TV showing multiple recordings of the cameras around the house!!! Understand its for security, but this was creepy!Unfortunately, we wont be going back

Great place

We were there for the Humane Society Spring fundraiser as part of the decorating committee. The house was perfect as a work space and as a relaxing reward. Wonderful for coffee in the morning out on the deck and a glass of wine in the evening. Even though we were working, we were able to have fun as well!

High school coach who brought varsity team down for an overnight tournament. The space is awesome! Very clean and so many amenities for everyone! Great host and replied super fast!

Our family group of 8 had a fantastic stay at this property. There was plenty of sleeping and bath space and multiple gathering areas both indoors and outdoors. We especially enjoyed the downstairs deck area where we watched football, played cornhole, fished, crabbed, kayaked, paddle boarded, and enjoyed cocktails every evening. Dinners on the upper deck were amazing with more than enough tables and chairs and easy access to the kitchen. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The upper observation deck offered amazing views and photo opportunities. The area is walkable and close to shopping and recreation. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

This property was perfect for our purposes. We needed a place to gather for a lunch for my Dad who passed away a few months back. He preferred we have a small reunion and lunch with family instead of a funeral. This place was perfect. Comfortable and cozy for our get together. We stayed two nights. We will book the ReelBlessing again!

We hosted our Community Group and it we had the Best Tine!!! It is such a wonderful place, can’t wait to come back with our family!

The large kitchen and multiple beds was perfect for us to spread out and enjoy.
