From December through March, the home is available for monthly rentals only at a 50% discount! Perfect for the winter Texan. brbrThe living, kitchen, and dining areas are all sizable and airy. The well appointed kitchen is modern with granite countertops and stainless appliances.brbrThere are three bedrooms and a large sunroom in addition to the main living/dining areas. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and a bathroom with separate tub and shower. the other two bedrooms each have queen sized beds and share a bathroom with a shower. The sunroom spans the canal front side of the home and has both an additional living area and two twin beds with trundles for a total of four twin mattresses.brbrThe canal front deck is shady and inviting and provides seating for dining and lounging. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee, evening cocktail, grilling your catch of the day, or dining al fresco, the setting is roomy and relaxing. The deck is covered with a vine covered pergola for filtered sun, and the dock has seating by the water, a fish cleaning station, and a ladder for kayaking/swimming access.
