Sink into the extra-large sectional in the living area, stream favorite shows on the 65” smart TV, or simply relax and take in the natural light. For even more entertainment, head to the game room for hours of fun—challenge your group to a shuffleboard tournament or pick a board game from the provided collection. This space also features a 65” smart TV and comfy armchairs.

Home chefs will love the full suite of stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, along with sweeping granite countertops that offer plenty of prep space. When it’s time to dine, gather together in the dining area. There is also a newly added coffee bar for those early morning risers.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a 55” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed and a 50” smart TV, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds—both include a 50” smart TV. The third bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, while the fourth bathroom has a walk-in shower and can also be accessed from the pool area.

Spend sun-filled days in the backyard with a game of washers, take a dip in the sparkling pool, or unwind in the hot tub. The alfresco lounge includes a sofa and two armchairs, and the outdoor kitchen makes meals easy with a gas grill, a sink, and a dining table. For time on the water, launch the two provided kayaks from your private dock. The covered, furnished balcony is perfect for laid-back gatherings in the shade.

Additional guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and two washer/dryer sets. For beach days, Rockport Beach is three miles away, and it’s also three miles to downtown for dining and shopping. - Use all the cookware that you like, just kindly wash it and return it to it’s proper location.
- Please put trash in trash bags and put in trash bin located at the side of the house behind gate by garage.
*For guests checking out on or staying on or through Sunday : On Sunday evenings (or on check out) please roll the bins to the street for trash pick up Monday Morning.
- Set the thermostat at whatever makes you comfortable (within reason), just return it at 76 degrees when you leave the house during the summer months. During winter months, please leave on 65.
- No Smoking or vaping in the home.
- Do not over fill washer or dryer. Please do not wash white towels with colors.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear, clothing or linens into the home. Rinse off in outdoor shower.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not touch or handle any Artwork on the premises.
- Do not use glass containers in or around the pool or hot tub.
- Do not put patio furniture in the pool or hot tub.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not clean fish inside the home.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not put luggage on beds. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom located in closets.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.
-Please rinse off with fresh water all fishing equipment, fish stations, kayaks, and including paddles and return to storage area. ( extra cleaning fee will apply if not done min of $75)
