Recent paint and continuous owner upgrades make this cozy home with lots of coastal charm make you feel right at home. Conveniently located near Clark's Boat Ramp and Kingfisher Beach. Plenty of parking for your boat. Enjoy the views from the spacious deck or gather under the house in the shade! After your day at the beach or day of fishing you can shower downstairs in the charming coastal bathroom! Note this unit has Spectrum Television and Streaming Options so you can sign in with yourown personal streaming services.

This home is located next door to another one of our properties called Anchor House if you want to keep the company close and rent both homes.

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

Everything you need right here. Very clean and comfortable. Took a minute to find the 2nd bathroom which was downstairs but a good stay for us. The deck was great in the evening’s with comfortable Adirondack chairs. Highly recommend.
