Totally renovated 2100 Sq Foot house on 3/4 acre with 4 Bedrooms, 2 baths and with all new appliances now ready for short term rentals! This house is nestled in the Lake McQueeney area just minutes from Seguin and a short 15 minute drive down Hwy 725 to downtown New Braunfels where you can float the river or visit Schlitterbahn Water Park. New appliances include: Refrigerator with water and ice maker, electric stove with air fryer, dishwasher, and Samsung washer and dryer. Each of the 4 roomy bedrooms have 50 Smart TV's. The master bathroom has a walk in/tiled shower with dual vanity sinks and very large walk in closet. The living room has large sectional couch with built in recliners and has a 65 smart TV wall mounted. The 4th bedroom, next to the dining area has a king size bed AND a twin over full bunk bed. This room is massive and great for a family of 5 just in this room alone! We have a large backyard that is fully fenced for dogs. There's a gazebo with brand new Pit Boss Wood Pellet Grill and stainless steel firepit. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom. There's covered parking for 3 cars and a large driveway with turn-around. This is a very quiet and peaceful area that feels like you're out in the country, while still only a short drive to all the conveniences of Seguin and New Braunfels!

Large park like yard for kids/dogs to run around. (No fence though.) Up to 2 dogs under 50 pounds are allowed, must be listed and deposit paid. We have the cabin deep cleaned after each pet stay. Have dinner with a beautiful view of the river from the picnic table after you cook on the charcoal BBQ pit. br We are located 35 miles from the River Walk in San Antonio and 62 miles from Austin.brbr( Slope down to the river is rather steep and may challenge some folks walking back up.)

Beautiful Waterfront 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home on one of the most desirable parts of Lake McQueeney. We offer a fantastic lakeside deck and upper deck perfect for entertaining friends and family. The upper deck has a large 6 burner gas grill, dining table and a gas fire table (our happy place is an evening glass of wine + tapas taking in the river view by the fire). The lower dock offers lounge seating, picnic table, and an easy to use Bluetooth sound system. There are also several fishing pole holders and some of the best fishing in south Texas. We aggressively treat for mosquitoes (doesn’t mean you won’t see any but they are not a huge problem). We are one of the only places around that offers a water mat, kayaks and paddle boards for use (1 kayak, which is a 2 seater, 1 kids kayak and 3 standup paddle boards); you can enjoy a leisure fishing kayak or go for a miles long paddle workout on the morning glass of the river. The waterfront is also very usable at night...enjoy fishin' in the dark or flip on the flood lights to completely illuminate the deck. brbrWe know that a big day at the lake can take it out of you - Absolutely nobody in the vacation rental business takes your sleep more seriously than we do! We believe that 2 people should never share a bed smaller than a King, sofa sleepers are absolutely unacceptable, quality beds save your back, and rooms should be dark enough for everyone to sleep in as late as they like. ALL bedrooms have legitimate room darkening curtains or blinds. We have also added the convenient touches like outlets close to each side of the bed, and plenty of pillows. The sleeping setup is 3 king beds and 4 twin beds divided into 4 bedrooms. We also have 2 additional twin mattresses slid under beds for use in whatever rooms you choose (there is also a full size crib available for use in the master bedroom, and a pack n play that can be used elsewhere). brbrThe Lake Haus offers abundant parking with carport and driveway space for up to 9 cars. brbrThe Lake Haus will always keep you entertained and includes Giant Jenga (made with 2 x 4's), a large shuffleboard table and three big screen TV's. The home is artfully decorated with a clean, classy rustic feel and quality furniture. The home has a very open and light feel, making you feel comfortable and at home from the time you walk in. The living room wall is covered with wood reclaimed from a local Texas dance hall. The kitchen is stocked with a large coffee maker, keurig, microwave, toaster oven, blender, slow cooker, quality pots and pans, and sharp knives. There is also a large cooler available for use. brbrLake McQueeney is stocked with catfish, sunfish, white crappie, spotted bass, and large mouth bass. We are close to everything!
