The house and especially the beds were very comfortable. Spacious and accommodating. Collin was a great host!!

We had a great time and everything we needed for our stay. The kids packed in a lot of fishing and paddle board. The beds are all super comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Lake Haus exceeded all expectations. The house fit our family of 11 perfect, with plenty of sleeping room for everyone. The provided paddleboards, water mat and kayaks were the perfect bonus to fun family time in the river. The hosts were very communicative and have put a lot of thought and detail into the house, to make the stay fun and accommodating for guests.

Very inviting, clean, a lot of room, nice layout of the home,we saw deer and caught some fish off of the dock.

Absolutely incredible stay!We had the best weekend at this private lake house! The property was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need—and more. Even though the water level was a bit low, the hosts went above and beyond to make access to the lake super easy and enjoyable. We spent hours in the water and had such a fun, relaxing time. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making this a welcoming and well-stocked getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

This lake house is everything described and more. It’s a true lake house experience, but with space to spread out, clean bathrooms, and comfy beds. Our group had a great time. Our advice: read the labels. They are a treasure trove of info. Tiny thing: water pressure is weak. But it didn’t deter us, just takes a bit longer to shower. And there’s no dishwasher. So we took paper products for meals. And lined pans with foil for easy cleanup. We did use the mugs and glasses, but they wash up fast. Just plan ahead. It’s the lake, after all. The hosts are fabulous. Very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this house and would go back in a heartbeat.

We used this home as a quick last getaway before school started. We floated the river and did some school shopping. This home was perfect because it was NOT in the hustle & bustle of the city, but still close and the kids (and adults) could be on the lake while we were not on the go. We had 12 people in our group, kids and adults, and the home was perfect for us.

My family stayed at the house and we all loved it. It was right on the river and the owner provided paddle boards to enjoy our stay. The house was nicely furnished and had everything we could need. The owner thought of everything! We loved seeing the deer across the river and the cows across the street. It has a lot of well-maintained stairs which was my 2 year old granddaughter’s favorite part. Just be aware that it has a lot of stairs. Thank you for all the little extras. We had one minor issue but the owner contacted me immediately and it was fixed in a few minutes. We loved our stay. My granddaughter said it was beautiful and amazing!!

The Lake Haus was perfect for our family’s first river trip. There were 7 adults and a 9 month old. All the accommodations were wonderful, the house was beautiful and the owner was so wonderful working with us and accommodating all of our needs. A beautiful home!!
