You don`t need 4 wheel, all-while drive, or even high clearance to traverse it, but we want out guests to know what to expect in case driving on an unpaved road isn`t going to work for you and your vehicle.brbrPlease note that the property sits close to the Marfa train tracks. The train can be heard from every residence in our little town, but we do want to make sure guests are aware of this property`s proximity. Given that we sit on the outskirts of town, we are typically subject to less horn blowing which means that the train is not particularly disruptive at this location, though it is close.brbrThere is no curtain covering the garage door in order to make the most of the natural light. Please be aware of this if you are sensitive to light.brbrPlease be aware that refunds will not be issued for insect sightings.
