This was a very clean wonderful home. Perfect for visiting during Texas Tech graduation. The location is safe & very convenient to everything we needed. Having a huge garage and carport was very nice. Highly recommend this rental for a stay in Lubbock.

I like the place an will stay there again

We surprised our sister who was in town visiting a childhood friend, and had a sisters reunion. This property surpassed our expectations! The minute we walked in the door and saw how spacious and clean the house was, I knew I had made the right decision to rent this house above all of the other listings in the area. The location was close enough to downtown, as well as where our sister had been staying, in a very quiet neighborhood, but close to local shopping. It has a huge master bedroom en suite, with a king bed and sleeper sofa, the 2nd bedroom also had a king bed and private door to the 2nd bathroom. We cooked a couple of meals during our stay, and the kitchen was big enough for all three of us to work in it with plenty of room, and the dishwasher made clean up easy. There is also a full size washer and dryer available onsite if needed. The house has a 2 car garage, which you access at the rear of the property by means of an alley, and a garage door opener is provided during your stay. It was nice knowing that our vehicle would be parked in a safe and secure place overnight, even though the neighborhood seemed very secure. The property also has a 2 car awning that butts up to the garage if you need more covered parking. The basement has a gameroom with air hockey and foosball tables as well as a basketball free throw arcade game, and what fun we had getting out a little competative sibling rivalry! Will definitely stay here again!

Great place and very clean nice space to gather

What a perfect location and house for our long weekend! We were in town for a music festival with friends.the house is immaculate, has everything you need and a great layout!! So much room! Beds were super Comfy and we had everything we needed! Thanks for the hospitality y’all! We will be back next year!

The house was evacuate. It smelled amazing, felt like walking into home when you've been gone for a trip. The game room was an amazing bonus for the kids. And the beds were actually comfortable. Not something you get all the time. Had everything we needed right down to coffee, waters and snacks. We will book again without a doubt. The hosts answered immediately any time I reached out. A+++
