I really liked the location of the property. The size was adequately described.. Loved the back porch. Did have to purchase some cook ware to make dinner. Purchased plastic ware and cups and plates. Washed the items that were at location by hand because the dishwasher was not clean. Wish there had been cleaning items like 409 etc. to use. Was going to mop floor because of babies, but the mop was too dirty.

This house is super clean, well stocked with all sorts of things to do as well as plenty of room to spread out. The host is excellent to work with and very responsive! If you are looking for a place in Lubbock with a fairly large group then this is a great option!

The house was nice and had plenty of room for all. The yard was a good place to spread out and play games. Downside was that the kitchen needed so much attention that we spent several hours getting is usable. Wash the items you intend to use and put the rest in a different cabinet. There were pools of fat under the stove burners. It should be clean for awhile now, but have a look to see if it is building up again.

This property was clean and the beds/bedrooms were as advertised. The check in process was good and they even had it ready for us a little bit early to accommodate a schedule change in our plans! This is an older property in an older part of town but it was great for the groomsmen for my sons wedding to stay in!

The house was wonderful! It had enough space for us to fit comfortably and the kitchen was well kept.

Everything was wonderful. Although the window in the master bedroom did not have a lock that was the only issue I saw.

We came to Lubbock to host a birthday party and everything went great! House was great for what we needed and everyone had a great time!

The property was accommodating and very convenient for my family with young kids. Excellent check in process and we would stay here again. Listing was as described and comfortable for even big groups. Plenty of towels and amenities which some other rentals lack.

This place was great for our group of 6 crane hunters. Very comfortable and more than enough beds and bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Will definitely book again.

We made it up to Lubbock for a football game with friends and family, and this was a great spot to accommodate our group. Plenty of beds, a nice patio, and games for adults and kids. The house was very clean, and the host was always responsive. Definitely worth a stay, if youve got

everything described accurately, which is always good for a VRBO. no complaints, everything was easy. I would stay here again.

We stayed here when taking a group of middle school boys to football camp. It had plenty of beds for our group. Two bathrooms was a challenge but we made it work. The location was great and close to restaurants. Check in/out was easy.
