This 1950’s home has been totally remodeled, except for the original hardwoods. Nestled in between Austin and Fredericksburg, Johnson City is the perfect distance between both. Hill country views all around, yet right in the middle of town. Walking distance to downtown Johnson City.brThe space:br4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom has a full bed. 3 of the bedrooms have televisions, as well as, the living room. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers, no tubs, large fluffy towels, shampoo and conditioner and other bathroom necessities are available. There are also 2 blow dryers. The kitchen is fully equipped for serving most meals. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave. Covered parking available and walking distance to downtown Johnson City.
