Relax in the hot tub on our rear deck with a view of the canal or swing by the community swimming pool and park nearby. Bait shops, surf shops, groceries, and restaurants nearby. Access to a quieter part of the beach where you can drive onto the shore. All the amenities of home, away from home.brbrThe spacebrThere are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is the master suite with a queen bed and en-suite full bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a double bunk bed with 1 trundle bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, both Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the full bathroom in the hall. There is a pull out sleeper sofa in the couch, but we prefer if it is only used if absolutely necessary. There is a half bathroom on the lower level, as well as an outdoor shower.brbrThe kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine, crockpot, waffle-maker, toaster, and a variety of cooking spices and utensils. There is large boil pot in the lower level for crab boils.brbrGuest accessbrAll areas of the home that are accessible with the keys are available for use! We do ask that guests do not operate the boat lift or any of the knobs and buttons on the boat lift unless previously authorized.brbrOther things to notebrDogs are accepted on a case-by-case basis. It must be less than 40 lbs, is not allowed on any furniture, and must be crated when unattended. If accepted there is a one time, $200 pet fee per stay. This recently renovated home is the perfect home away from home. The open living space is welcoming and cozy. The fresh new paint and updated bathrooms and floors are absolutely stunning. While at the property you can enjoy many wonderful features including a ride in the provided kayaks down the canals, a bike ride to the beach, or a nearby park/neighborhood pool. You will also enjoy relaxing on the deck on one of the lounge chairs while enjoying a cool beverage and taking in the beautiful water views. So many extras included. There is a beautiful outdoor shower that was recently installed and is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. We do not allow pets as owners have family allergies. Only vehicles max allowed. The driveway holds up to 4 vehicles. No parking is allowed on the street or in neighbors' driveways. No pet policy is due to the owner's severe allergies. brbrYou can fish right off the backyard dock and catch all kinds of fish. A cleaning station on the dock allows you to clean your fish right outside a few feet from where you are fishing! In the evenings, the underwater green fishing light offers a tranquil aquarium. brbrThe lovely home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms each have a queen-sized bed with a television. The upstairs bedroom also has twin bunk beds. This allows 8 people to sleep comfortably. Linens for the beds are provided, along with towels for the bathrooms. There is a full-size washer and dryer to use for your convenience. There is a television in the living room, with a cozy couch to unwind on after a long relaxing day. The kitchen has all you would ever need to make a delicious dinner. You can cook the fish or crabs you caught right out on the canal! We also have a crab trap available for setting up right off the dock. When you catch them, you can cook them with the big crab boiling pot up in the kitchen. The open floor plan offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms are on the upstairs and main living level. The third bedroom is on the ground floor with separate access. The eye-catching upgraded kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite counters, and new cabinets. Pendant lights hang above the counter space that can be used for dining or as a nice workspace. The dining table is adjacent and offers space to enjoy a meal, play games, or take in the view from indoors. All of the furniture is new, including the mattresses. The home has new laminate wood floors throughout. The welcoming home offers vaulted wood beam ceilings which create a cozy escape. The plantation shutters are a bonus. The main bedroom with a king-size bed has a brand new, breathtaking ensuite with a walk-in shower offering a spa-like feel with Bluetooth available for relaxing lighting and streaming music. The cozy second bedroom has a full-size bed with a twin trundle, and two swivel chairs to help you decompress while reading a book. The main level bath offers a stone-lined shower and beautiful decor. There is also a queen-size pull-out sofa. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with a bathroom and shower. It has a queen bed, coffee bar, and seating area. This room is accessed separately from the main house.brbrSchlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens are a short ten-minute drive away.
