Pelican's Perch is a brand new home with the best sunset views in Jamaica Beach!

The host was very easy to communicate with. House was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. Perfect location for a family getaway. We fished and crabbed, easily went into Galveston for shopping/coffee/meals , and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets!

So, relaxing the pool was great. House was very clean the owners were very attentive. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the location was amazing..... but there were definitely some issues that we had. It's a newer house, so we expected some things to not be finalized, but there were workers on the property almost the whole week, with their own children wondering through our stuff in the garage and on the porch, it made us very uncomfortable. We also assumed with paying close to 10,000 for the week that we would have most, if not all, of the essential items. There were no kitchen rags or towels, only 1 roll of toilet paper for 14 people in each bathroom, no paper towels, 1 trash bag (and we were not told that Jamaica Beach requires black trash bags), the garbage disposal was broken, no soap in some the bathrooms or hand towels, and sheets that didn't fit the bed which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. There were also a few things that were already broken in the house, like one of the bar stools and the ottoman.When things were reported to the owners I was told I was wrong, like I didn't look for the kitchen towels. For the price we paid, I don't think we'd stay there again, the house is missing some small convenience things especially for people there for fishing. Overall, we were disappointed.

Clean, gorgeous home. Prime location, easy access to the bay. Very easy to get in the boat slip. Already planning a return trip!

Everything we thought it would be & more. Rooms were large and we had plenty of space for everyone, the views were amazing and the breeze from all the balconies was great. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. I asked many questions ahead of time and I appreciated all the helpful and quick responses.

We had a great experience with the host, who was very accommodating and responsive.

We fished, went to the beach, kayaked, and paddle-boarded. Fun time for all.

Nice place with friendly host and right next to beach access area. Was perfect for kids who got a whole floor to hangout as cousins

This property was clean and organized. We enjoyed fishing there. It was quite roomy and every room has its own bathroom. We appreciate the black-out curtains! The kitchen is well-stocked. They even have canoes for us to use. The only downside is the TV remote not working. We will definitely consider this place again for our next family gathering.
