House has High speed reliable internet provided in this spacious 3 bedroom home sitting on a very private half acre wooded lot with with great water views. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home including a Keurig and coffee pot. Enjoy mornings on the secluded balcony. Pots, pans, crockpot, air fryer, pizza oven, and everything you might need to cook full meals, quick snacks, and a gas grill is furnished. Located right over the Pendleton Bridge on the Texas side and very close to the Lake House restaurant and Lost Frontier restaurant, fishing pier & beach, and Fisherman’s Galley if you don’t feel like cooking. A short drive to Hemphill and Toledo Town for great BBQ at Hemphill BBQ & homemade pies, groceries, banking, and across the street from Keith’s Bait & tackle for fishing supplies. All linens, towels, beach towels, and starter set of toiletries and laundry, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc. are provided. Comfortable sleeping for 10 total guests. There are 6 total beds in three large downstairs bedrooms (1 queen bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and a bunk room containing 2 full beds and 2 twin beds). Two of the bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming entertainment and the bunk room has a smart TV & Nintendo gaming system. Family room upstairs includes 2 large sectionals for ample seating inside, a large smart tv, surround sound, and a faux fireplace. The upstairs balcony contains a Weber gas grill, a patio dining set, 4 rocking chairs, and a large dog kennel to accommodate your pet outside on the upstairs balcony with child/dog gate. Pets ARE NOT allowed inside. Downstairs porch includes a porch swing and many Adirondack chairs for patio seating and a fire pit available for fires responsibly managed. Just bring yourself and those you want to relax with on the water. Beat the heat, Good A/C, nice shaded porch overlooking lake. Almost always a nice breeze through porch. Great for a family or group of fishermen. A lot of big bass caught right off back yard, see pics. Neighborhood boat landing and 6-mile boat landing right around the corner. Floating boat dock that accommodates 1 boat covered and 1 uncovered. Note that the dock is currently damaged and flipped over due to a tornado that came through. Once the water levels drop we will try to repair. Currently guests have been docking on the grass bank next to the dock.

Great place to fish, swim or just relax on our 45x15’ screened-in porch overlooking fenced yard, perfect for enjoying a view of the spectacular sunrises or sunsets over the lake. brbrThe expansive porch runs the width of the home and has 2 tables with total seating for 10, a 2-seater porch swing, recliner, 3 ceiling fans and gas grill. Gather around the tables to share a meal with family or friends or relish in the scenic solitude by simply listening to the lapping of the water. Two of the bedrooms have private entries to the porch, along with direct views of the water. brbrMaster bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Two blow up mattresses are available for extra sleeping capacity. Each bedroom has a TV for streaming. The house has two full bathrooms, washer/dryer and wireless internet. brbrThe fully equipped kitchen with dual oven is great for preparing freshly-caught meals for a night in or any other meals you enjoy. House has 2 refrigerators (with one having an ice maker) to hold all your delicacies. If you prefer not to cook, take a leisurely walk to the Six Mile Marina about a 1/4 mile away (summer months only) or drive to the Sportsman Cafe less than a mile away for breakfast, lunch or dinner (open year round).brbrFor younger guests, enjoy swings and slides at the park a short distance away on Highway 87 South. Picnic tables are also available. After a fun day on the water, spend the evening making memories around the large fire pit, relaxing on the screened in porch or watching a movie on the 75” TV. brbrGreat fishing awaits off the boat dock as the lake is full of bass, perch, crappie and catfish. Cleaning your catch is now easier than ever in the fish cleaning station at the top of the dock. In warmer months, enjoy swimming off the boat dock. The floating boat house, which was added in January 2022, is also available to tie your boat at while staying at our house. brbrA private boat launch (for use by subdivision only) is across the street and a larger public boat launch is at Six Mile on Highway 87 about a mile away.brbrFor your safety, there is a security system and outdoor cameras, outdoor lighting, smoke detectors in each bedroom and family area, and a fire extinguisher in the laundry room. There is a first aid kit in the master bathroom.

The campground is very quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors.brbrThere is a covered carport with two parking spaces and power to charge your boat. Guests have full access to the boat ramp, swimming platform (this is not a private dock; it is for all guests in the campground), fish cleaning station, kayaks (reserve at the store) and waterfront pavilion. brbrOur boat ramp is only short boat ride to Cypress Cove (bass tournament headquarters), Pendleton bridge, and the Gator Hole.brbrMid Lake Campground and Angler`s Cove are perfectly situated for a great fishing trip, a day on the lake, or total relaxation taking the amazing lake views in the clean country air. You can catch your limit of Crappie right under our boathouse, or visit the famous gator hole only 2 miles away by boat where you just might catch a trophy bass.
