During this time, the owners are often onsite downstairs assisting charter guests, who may occasionally share the parking lot.brbrThe owner also keeps his boat docked at the end of the pier and is happy to answer any questions, but will not interfere with your stay on the second floor.brbrCharter groups gather at 6:30 AM and return around 4:00 PM, cleaning their fish and boat before typically leaving by 6:00–7:00 PM.brbrYou will not have access to the downstairs event space unless you pay the additional $200 to secure it. We also offer it as a separate space for events for $150 an hour.
