I really hate to complain but this was a bit of a stressful trip. It started with the tv in the main room not working. Which isn’t that serious but still inconvenient when the whole family wanted to watch something at night. Then when I went to wash clothes the dryer literally electrocuted me, not a dramatization. Then the ac wasnt cooling properly. We spent the next day having two maintenance workers come to the house. The ac was fixed thank goodness, but the dryer couldn’t be, so I had to dry our clean clothes on the railing outside during our stay. I emailed about these issues and received a partial credit on our trip, but no actual correspondence with a person or any kind of apology for the problems.

The house was adorable and suited our needs well. I missed in the description that the daybed room was attached to the master with just a curtain between. However, we were able to adjust and make it work easily. We are in Sea Isle often and this house was great for the Memorial Day weekend! The minor issues we encountered were communicated quickly by property managment.

We enjoyed our stay! The experience was amazing from the date of booking, the texts, the calls and the home. The home was amazing, very clean, spacious and the location. Me and my family enjoyed our stay we were in town for a Crawfish Cookoff. We will definitely book again next year if the home is available during the time of the next Crawfish Cookoff!

Rented for a few days with the kids. Fished off the property used shrimp and we caught some black drum and even a trout. The house has quirks but everything worked well.

Property was in great condition. Check in to the key lockbox was not very clear. Need to have a note that the home lockbox is on the third pillar downstairs and not the lockbox attached to the floor as you would walk into the home. Secondary bathroom toilet never worked from the moment we walked in and overflowed everywhere. Turned the water off. Dryer in master bedroom does not turn on or work so be prepared to hang dry your clothes.

We did not have a great stay here as there were multiple issues and lacking details. We were not given a code for the gate in the instructions and had to call after hours for that. Our first nights sleep was miserable as the AC would not cool. We called for maintenance. Later we figured out that the unit is on a reset every 8 hours or so where it recalibrates itself to 78 degrees. We had to stay on top of that ever few hours. Electrical needs work as lights in the bedrooms flicker and dim. The fan in the master wobbles and squeaks. I think the repair man may have heard it if/when he came to service the AC while we were out bc the second night it miraculously stopped despite our previous efforts. We were grateful for that. The showers are old and appear dirty. Soap was not loaded into the dispensers. Glad we had our own for backup. There were tiny ants in the kitchen but they did have bait out trying to get rid of them. Note that you have to pay extra to use the community pool. It’s hard to find in the details of the house.
