With its 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and exquisite design, this beach house provides guests with the ultimate level of comfort and style. Blue Heron Shores is perfect for one BIG happy family or several smaller families.

Blue Heron Shores boasts an array of luxurious amenities that cater to the needs and desires of its guests. The beach house offers 3 king beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for guests. The plush mattresses and high-quality linens contribute to the luxurious ambiance, allowing visitors to indulge in a truly comfortable stay. The kitchen is a gorgeous space that overlooks the ocean. The white cabinets give it a clean and fresh look, while the view of the sea creates a serene atmosphere. Additionally, it is fully stocked with pots and pans, making it convenient for cooking delicious meals while enjoying the scenic surroundings.

Ground Floor:
The outside area of the beach house offers a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. Surrounded by a private nature preserve, it provides a safe and serene environment for kids to play. After a day at the beach, there is a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and saltwater. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, a gas grill is available to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. A hammock is also provided, offering a cozy spot to unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, there are two picnic tables where guests can gather for meals or simply enjoy each other's company in the great outdoors.

2nd Floor:
The second floor of the beach house offers a luxurious and comfortable living space. It features two bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds for a restful night's sleep. The spacious living room provides ample seating for relaxation and entertainment, with large windows that offer stunning views of the beach and ocean. The gorgeous upscale white kitchen is a chef's dream with a wine fridge for storing and chilling your favorite bottles. Whether you're enjoying a home-cooked meal or sipping a glass of wine, the second floor of the beach house provides a stylish and inviting atmosphere for your vacation.

3rd Floor:
The third floor of Blue Heron Shores is a haven for kids and adults. The Master Suite, with its king bed, en-suite bathroom and soaking tub, offers a private sanctuary for relaxation and desk if you must work on vacation. The large windows allow natural light to flood the room, creating a bright and airy space.
The nautical-themed bunk room features two twin beds over two queen beds, providing plenty of sleeping space for a group of friends or siblings. Adjacent to the bunk room is an adorable under-the-sea themed kids room with two twin beds, perfect for the little ones to have their own space. A Jack & Jill bathroom connects the two rooms, making it convenient for everyone to freshen up. The game room is equipped with various board games and puzzles ensuring endless hours of fun and laughter.

Additionally, a laundry room is available for guests to conveniently wash and dry their beach towels and clothes.

WRISTBAND POLICY:
The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a one time fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West, this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other Pointe West amenities.

A reservation will be made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours.
