Galveston retreats is a wonderful place to slip away from the stress and hustle and bustle of life and live on island time! Fun kids' room and relaxing master and guest rooms. Three short blocks from the beach. You can hear the waves from the porch. We have a full kitchen with a coffee maker and a Keurig. Open kitchen and living space. Stayed Jul 1, 2023Great house. Nice neighborhood. About a seven minute quiet walk to a good part of the beach. We were pleasantly surprised to get to see a firework show from the backyard!

Stayed Jun 23, 2023Although the bunk beds are not conducive for adult sleeping, there are no complaints with our stay. We extremely enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located to the beach, a store and just a short drive to the seawall.

Stayed Sep 8, 2022My family and I spend the weekend after Labor day at this house to spend some time away from the daily routine. The house is comfortable and have plenty space for a large family. Kids loved the ocean experience also the house is just within walking distance. We have a good time and we definitely recommend this place.

Stayed Aug 5, 2022Our family had a great vacation. It was our first time renting this property. We enjoyed the house, it has everything we needed to feel comfortable, the neighborhood is nice and quiet and the beach is just a 5 minute walk. Will consider it for our next vacation. Thank you!
