There are 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The house was renovated in 2012 and central AC and heat was installed. Each bedroom has a king bed and lots of closet space. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and tub/shower combo. The bathroom has an exhaust fan with a heater as well.brbrThe house has an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven with a griddle and a vented microwave above. There is a large butcher block island with bar seating for you and your guests. The butcher block was sourced from a local meat store who served islanders for decades. The refrigerator is a large French door style model, with the refrigerator on one side and the freezer on the other and makes plenty of ice! The kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates, flatware, stemware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, bowls, etc. It also has a blender, toaster, and coffee maker.brbrThe living room area has a queen sized pullout couch and two chairs.
