A $200 cleaning fee will be added if smoking of any substance is found indoors. br- When coming in from the beach we ask that everyone rinses off in our private outdoor shower before showering indoors. Sand is very tough on the plumbing. Also, please rinse and allow any beach toys or equipment before replacing them in the house. br- Please leave the heating or air system running even when you are out to help with moisture control. br- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. We have provided infant safe outlets, a safety gate on the balcony, and child locks under the sink cabinet. But please do check decorations and other items to raise anything not suitable to your age child. br- No unregistered guests allowed. br- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. br- Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. You will be assigned a unique entrance code to access the property. Steps to the beach in a quiet part of Sea Isle. Home is nicely furnished with tasteful decor. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the layout is perfect for multiple families. A bedroom and bathroom is on the main level with a queen bed and sleeps two. Spacious master bedroom upstairs has a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a private deck. There are two other bedrooms upstairs that share a Jack and Jill bath. The first guest room upstairs has a queen bed and a private deck. The second guest room upstairs has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4). Jack & Jill bathroom has garden tub with a shower. Flat screen tv's, in the family living area, master bedroom, and the queen guest room upstairs. Home is WIFI ready. Upstairs inside balcony overlooks the very spacious family room as well as a second living area. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, blender, hand mixer, Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, electric skillet, etc. Beach rental includes linens and towels for each guest and a few books and board games for the family. House has been fully remodel with and awesome beach vibe with awesome decor. It’s a few blocks from the strand area (me and my family really enjoy all the activities there) few block from the north end of island where there’s a lot of the restaurants on the water and half a mile or so to the sea wall.
