(Rental included a 1/1 guest apt total you can sleep 12) Keep all your guest on the main floor without additional stairs. Entertain your guest in a chefs kitchen with nautical den and dining area. The location is in the heart of everything yet you can sleep quietly at night. Walk to the beach or dinner or hit a play or concert at TheOpera House. You can even have a horse and carriage pick you up. Perfect for wedding or a girls night out.
Walk to the beach in 5 blocks, walk to restaurants, the guys can hop a fishing boat and the girls shop all day. Why add 30 more minutes and miles out on west end when you can be in the city...Enjoy our island then finish the day with the best back yard second only to moody gardens. Don't miss the big game from the hot tub that seats 12. The pool is heated for those cold winter days! Plan on having coffee on the front porch and enjoy the coastal breeze. Before you leave walk down and attend some of the most beautiful architectural designed church's in Texas!
Your rentals gets the main home sleeping 10 and our garage apt sleeps 2 more friends. We do have stairs to get in main house. We do have exterior cameras for safety and insurance purposes. No prom parties please. 100% refund on deposits when 30 days notice on cancellations.
