Our condo is located on the 2nd floor with a private balcony that gets afternoon shade for an enjoyable view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has all the features you need for an enjoyable stay, including a studio kitchen with granite counter-tops, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and cooking utensils. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed with mattress topper, a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room and built in junior bunk beds in the hallway for small children. Wifi included. We love it here!brbrAlso located on the premises are 2 pools (1 heated) BBQ grills, Laundromat, ice machine, elevators and luggage carts for your convenience. Please be aware there is a one time $25/car parking/facility use fee (higher for longer stays than 7 days) that will be charged to you upon checkin at the lobby. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on top, a full bed on the bottom, and another twin trundle bed that can be pulled out. The kitchen opens up into the main living space that also has a wall of windows with a sliding door to the other balcony overlooking the Gulf. Beautifully decorated in peaceful beach colors, white, teal and oatmeal. Enjoy a television in each room with a DVR player in the living room. Fluffy towels in the updated bathroom. The kitchen has white countertops and a breakfast bar with barstools, and includes all dishes, pans, glasses, cooking utensils, and a coffee pot, dishwasher, stove/oven and a refrigerator. Outside is a boardwalk over the beach grasses and you're standing right on the beach with your toes in the water! Tennis/pickleball/basketball courts are out front and there is a year-around heated pool.
