All bedrooms are upstairs with 1 Master King Bedroom with a balcony, 1 Master Queen Bedroom, 1 Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Bedroom with a Queen Bunk bed and a Queen trundle bed. Spacious rooms, spacious lot, lots of parking, HUGE COVERED BACKYARD PORCH and outdoor area with a gas grill, gated HEATED SWIMMING POOL that is 5' at the deepest level and fully equipped with all the essential amenities for a home away from home! The pool is heated between November through March between 85-90 degrees, and we do not have a hot tub. We have provided everything possible to accommodate large parties who want to cook and entertain at home. Our completely gated backyard has an alley entrance with an automated gate that provides 3-4 parking spots on our property. We also have parking spots in front of the house on the street. We are 2 blocks to the seawall, Murdocks, Pleasure pier, restaurants, activities, and only a few miles to The Strand. The Galveston Trolley Tracks are right in front of our home and the Trolley is now OPERATING! This will provide great transportation to and from the Strand.brbrFor the central air and heat. Please do not turn the temps below 70 in the summer. As with any home in Galveston, this could cause the units to freezing up. With all the high humidity here, this could happen at any home.
