Stayed Jul 26, 2024Annoyed kind of wanting a partial refund. When first arrive grass hasn't been cut, weeds as high as my hips. Had to wade through water to get to unlock on backdoor. Smoke alarms needed batteries they replaced them same day. Had ants in bedroom. Roaches in kitchen and bathroom. there were dirty dishes not just water stains. lamp in living room didn't have a way to turn on. 1 remote for the two TV's. tried to sweep up but no dust pan. hand sanitizer would have been nice after seeing the roaches. An actual stocked kitchen supplies cause it would have been nice to have a spatula to flip hamburgers.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024We brought our son and had the best time. The location of the house is perfect for all that Galveston has to offer. And the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024The door is tricky to unlock and took over 20 minutes to figure out even with guest services on the phone. There aren't any closets so if you have more than two people you won't have any room. No storage in the bathroom either. For the money we spent it wasn't a good value. We're assuming the cleaning crew forgot to close the windows. On day two we found 3 open windows when we returned from dinner. Guest services apologized but didn't offer anything for our worry or having to wait for the police to clear the house. I messages the owner prior to our visit but didn't hear back from them.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024Overall, I was very happy with our stay. The house was located near lots of things. We had most everything we needed there. However, when I booked it was listed as dog friendly but when I inquired about bringing my fur baby, the add magically changed. I even had a screen shot with proof that it was listed that way and they wouldn’t honor it.

Stayed Feb 24, 2024The house was very accommodating & in a great location. Only concern was Coffee Maker did not work but it encouraged us to go out to some amazing restaurants. The pictures on line are not the same house but the house was great! Thank you for a great weekend yo celebrate my friends wedding!
