This condo is approximately 1,000 sq. feet, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, & the spare bedroom has a queen bed. Additional sleeping: a queen size air mattress & Pack 'n Play. The only place inside of Playa Tortuga to set-up the queen air mattress is the living room. brbrINCLUDED in the rental, FREE for guests to use: four beach chairs, beach umbrella, sunblock, various beach toys, & several beach towels.brbrPOOL: brA wristband is required to use the pool/hot tub at the condo complex.brWe leave one band in the condo. A guest doesn't have to wear it; however, please bring it with you while using the pool/hot tub.brAt checkout, please leave it on the dining table.
