This charming Victorian was built in 1907 by the Nagel Family. It is one of the jewels of this German settlement. Located two blocks from Main Street in the Historic District, it's an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, museums, and festivals at Marktplatz. Rockers line the front porch inviting you to relax and watch the world go by. A beautiful antique pine staircase greets you in the entry upon arrival. The house has recently been redecorated and features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Recently renovated, both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. The living room has comfortable seating and Cable TV & DVD. The country kitchen has room for all to gather around the table. The antique replica stove actually works. The sunroom has a cozy daybed and chairs. It's the perfect place to curl up with a good book or conversation with good friends. Upstairs, a trundle bed provides space for extra guests. Outside on the back terrace are table and chairs to enjoy to wonderful Hill Country weather.brbrThe home is pet friendly and will accept up to two dogs. However, there is a pet fee of $17/dog/night.
