The house has a large backyard that is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine on the patio, cooking on the charcoal grill, or gathering around the gas fire pit. Plenty of space for large groups: 2 of the rooms offer 2 full size beds and the other 2 offer queen sized beds. The living room has a massive window that is stunning. EV fast charging plug available.brbrThe Cristol Haus' décor was updated in early 2021. It has a mid century modern flare. The living room, dining room & kitchen is an open concept. The living room has seating for 6 with 2 additional pouf pillows & additional chairs in the dining room & kitchen bar. There is a large Roku TV in the living room & wireless internet. Cable TV can be utilized by downloading the Spectrum TV app and screen sharing or by utilizing a streaming service through Roku. A working gas fireplace is present in the living room for cold nights. The kitchen is modern & updated. It has a stainless steel refrigerator with an icemaker, a gas range, a new oven, dishwasher and microwave. Serving pieces for 12 plus are present including wine glasses. The house is stocked with cooking & baking essentials including a crockpot, mixer, & blender. The bar area seats 3 comfortably. The dining room seats 8 plus and an additional seating area and additional chairs are housed in the large dining area. A quaint nook is present by the front door for those that like to escape and read in a quiet area. Each bedroom has a closet for storage, side tables, lamps, extension cords, surge proctors & a chair. The largest bedroom has a television. The front bedroom has a separate entrance outside if needed. The couch has a sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with a combination tile bath tub & shower. A hair dryer & bathroom essentials are supplied. A small game area is stocked with family friendly board games, puzzles, & a foosball table. There is also a yoga mat & light exercise weights & bands. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, & basic cleaning supplies. The outside back yard has a covered patio with seating and a large gas firepit and outdoor sink & grill. The yard is fenced in with several areas for entertaining & playing. New in 2022 a 50amp/250V plug has been added for EV charging, an existing 110V plug is available too.brbrParking is available in the wide driveway, covered breezeway or on the street.brbrThe Cristol house is right off 290 before you enter downtown. It is close to Walmart, a shopping center, Starbucks and a quick drive to HEB. It is the first house on a single neighborhood road that lead into additional local neighborhoods. It is a safe road for morning or afternoon jogs or walks and Walmart, Whataburger, and a few local places are easy walks.brbrThe house has a driveway that can house 4 cars with a 2 car covered open garage that 2 small cars can pull into. There is also parking on the street.
