This is a full service building with a porte-cochere entrance and 24 hour daily concierge service. My home is a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo located in the prestigious Turtle Creek/Oak Lawn neighborhood and offers beautifully furnished common areas along with luxurious amenities and a resort-style pool. For added security the building has controlled access to elevators and outside common areas. Inside the condo there are floor to ceiling windows with amazing city views, hardwood floors, full size w/d, and many more luxurious features to make you feel at home. Enjoy a comfortable night on a firm Stern and Fosters queen size mattress with all white linens and several plush pillows for a good night rest. The bathroom has a glass shower separate from the bathtub, a fully stocked kitchen, and full size appliances. The dining room offers seating for 4 people. In the living room there is a flat screen TV for your entertainment.brThere's no Wi-Fi provided in the condo. There's shared community Wi-Fi in the business center and other common areas of the building. You're welcome to use your hotspot while in condo. brbrThere's a 24 hour business center available for use with computers and a printer.br The living room and bedroom areas have 3 large floor to ceiling windows facing west for all day sunny views. brOnsite Free secured garage parking is available to guest. The first floor has a beautifully decorated club room with a kitchen, flat screen TV, piano, and gas fireplace. A small but more then adequate fitness center is available overlooking the courtyard. Also for guest us is a outdoor swimming pool and hot tub for lounging, relaxing or tanning by the pool deck.brThis location is less than 5 minutes from Scottish Rite hospital, the medical district, Downtown Dallas, Convention Center, American Airlines Center, Performing Arts District, Design District, Info Mart, Dallas Love Field, and Katy Trail. Public transportation is less than a block away from apartment. Many tourist sites are within walking distance, including American Airlines Center, Katy Trail, Art Gallerys, Info Mart, Mansion on Turtle Creek, Routh Quardangle, and Reverchon park. Take advantage of the McKinney Ave trolley where you can hop on an off for free all day, to experience all the restaurants and bars in the uptown and downtown area. Public transportation is also available on the D-Link route 722 to explore the districts of downtown and Oak Cliff. Train service is available from DFW and Love Field Airports to downtown and a $5.00 Uber ride to the condo. You will not be disappointed with a stay in my home and this location!

It has a large bathroom and closet ensuite. The second bedroom is located on the other side of the condo (across the living and dining room). It has two single beds and a bathroom right across the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes and silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, teapot, microwave and full size appliances. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, and is located just off the kitchen. The balcony is off the living and dining room and has two spring-action rocking chairs.
