There are 2 beach access gates that you will need a gate key to get back in the property. Or if you feel like lounging by the pool we have 2 swimming pools on the property, 1 being heated which is perfect for those cooler nights. There's also a outdoor Tiki Hut area with a fire pit and tables & chairs, perfect for cooking out or birthday parties. You can also find charcoal grills and picnic tables through the property. brbrbrThings to Note:brThere is a non-refundable $20 check-in fee, which is payable upon check-in. This covers your parking pass, gate keys, and wrist bands for the pool area. You can feel safe knowing security is on site 24hrs monitoring the parking lots and gates. brWe are in the process of upgrading our resort so there is some construction going on in the walkways by the elevator but nothing near the condo. brAround the Neighborhood:brThere are many great places to visit close by. Blackbeards would probably be my favorite place on North Beach. I recommend the seafood queso. brFajitaville is a very cool beach restaurant/bar. They have volleyball, cornhole, and other fun games for the whole family. brThe USS Lexington is a short walk from the condos and the aquarium is just a little bit further. You could walk it but I’d recommend a car or bicycles if you have kids. brAcross the Harbor bridge on your right you’ll find Whataburger Field where you can go watch the Hooks play some baseball and also Hurricane Alley Waterpark. brDowntown is only about 5 mins away. There are many restaurants, bars, parks and sites to see. Some of my favorites are Water Street Oyster Bar, Crawdaddy’s, Dokyo Dauntaun, Executive Surf Club, and Republic of Texas Bar and Grill.

It has furnished kitchen, washer & dryer, sofa sleeper, bathroom has shower and furnished towels. The master bedroom, on main floor, has king bed, dresser, and 2 closets. Upstairs there are 2 queen beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Also the entry way to balcony. On the balcony you will find 4 adirondack chairs with tables that look over the pool. Balcony is covered. Unit is located by poolside. It has a private patio that over looks pool. At night the heated pool steals the show with its color changing lights. There is an overhead fountain and a separate kiddie pool with changing lights.
