Padre Escapes is the best rental agency! Not only was the place clean and ready when we arrived, they were prompt at responding to service calls (leaky faucet). This was our ninth year with Padre Escapes, and our second year at this property. And we have already reserved it for next year.

Cute little balcony, the master bedroom is awesome. 2 families of 4 fit perfectly here. The only thing that was a negative was the dishwasher. I don’t think it worked well and looked in rough shape. But the hat honestly didn’t bother me because everything else was so great.

We stayed at the property for several months, and found it to be very comfortable and a great location on the island. The owner and Padre Escapes were very helpful and responded quickly with any concerns. We look forward to returning to the same property next winter. The carpets were in need of cleaning, and hope that they are cleaned before our return.
