The unit comes complete with stainless appliances, WiFi, a spacious interior including extra high ceilings and parking right at the front door! brThere are a lot of condo complexes that claim to be within walking distance of the beach....this one truly is. The north Padre Island beach is only one block away. After a day in the sun at the beach you'll come back to one of the nicest over-sized tropical pools on the Island complete with plenty of lounge chairs, BBQ pits, tables and umbrellas. Perfect for relaxation in the evening or an early morning swim. It is also one of the very few heated pools for those folks visiting the coast during the winter months. brI have had many inquiries as to nearby golf courses. For those that want a challenging Island style course there is Palmilla Country club also 15 minutes away just outside of Port Aransas. Just a mile or so down the road is the Bob hall pier for fishing, dining or just viewing the Gulf of Mexico.
