Spacious gulf view home on north beach with enclosed yard & balconies

The view was great. Very relaxing and peaceful. Our bed was comfy and we love the balcony. Would stay again.

All was great! Will definitely be back! Hopefully the microwave and ice and water on fridge will work then.

The house was lovely and in a great location by the beach and the Aquarium which my grandson love. Exactly as shown in photos. I did not like being required to download an app from a company I do not know to check in.

We had a great time at The Blue Pelican! This vacation home was perfect for us. The home was clean, convenient & within walking distance close to the beach & restaurants. We enjoyed our stay & will book again next year!

Very nice property.Microwave didn't work. Water was turned off to the refrigerator and washing machine.Plumbing in the shower was not properly adjusted.Otherwise, this would have been really great.

Beautiful home. Nice location. But had problems with the microwave, refrigerator water and ice maker and washing machine due to water being shut off. Shower also needs some adjusting. Once these things are fixed this will be a very nice place.

Understand that we rated this home as 5 stars and believe it was an excellent value. Having said that we have identified some pros and cons for future guests.We rented this home so we could be close to Whataburger Field.Pros. 1. Very well set up for a small family. It was just two of us so we had plenty of room.2. Very close to the beach and the concrete sidewalk at the beach was a winner.3. Excellent view of the bay so watching the ship traffic was very cool.4. Peaceful community and close proximity to the beach, route 181 and Whataburger field/downtown. 5. Well stocked with everything we needed and it was easy to make ourselves at home. 6. Clean and well maintained on the inside.7. We will stay at this property again.Cons.1. Property from the outside is somewhat dated and first impression was not the best2. Check in was at 4:00 pm and was hoping for an early check in but understand that is not always a possibility. However, we got to the property at 3:55 pm (5 minutes early) and the cleaning crew was just arriving to the property at that time. Not only could we not check in at 4:00 pm it was almost an hour later when the cleaning crew departed. We were very disappointed in that since we had a long drive and wanted to settle into the property at the agreed upon time.3. Of course like many other guests from the reviews we read, we had trouble with the keypad to get into the property4. The kitchen sink did not have hot water

I loved everything about this property, the location was perfect. We struggled with the lock key pad a few times but it was fine it eventually worked. The property was clean and had everything inside to maintain the cleanliness. I t was perfect for a family of 5. I would definitely consider stying here again.

The house was as advertised. Perfect location for our activities. North Beach was beautiful. Will try to rent again. Wanda

No sheets on beds, 5 beds and two sets of clean linens that we had to hunt down in weird areas of the house, MOUNTAIN of mildewed and wet linens in the laundry room though…, no toilet paper, smelled like something died in the kitchen sink, reached out for assistance multiple times and didn’t hear back until the evening before we left.

The space was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. We easily could fit 3 more people into the space if needed. The location seemed a little strange as some of the surrounding structures we old and beaten down. But we didn't have any trouble and felt safe moving about. The mosquitoes were terrible, but the beach facing porch was delightful with a nice view and a good breeze to keep the bugs away. We spend every night out there. Having the beach within walking distance was wonderful. The beach wasn't busy at all but it was a little more rocky (pebbles really) than I'd prefer. About a mile down the beach was a restaurant called Fajitaville and we ate there almost every meal! Overall very pleased with our stay!

Decently located to get around various places within corpus and island. Lexington about 1 mile walk down the beach. Overall clean and amenities provided. Plenty of towels.

Our family came to enjoy and celebrate birthdays at the beach for the weekend, and this house seemed perfect. It’s been recently updated and has great furniture but lacked organization in the kitchen and a decent cleaning staff. There was trash left behind from previous visitors, the trash bins outside were full, the kitchen sink was plugged up, the shower head in the master bathroom was plugged up with hardwater, and there were noticeable dust bunnies under the beds and furniture. It’s unfortunate too because this home has a great location and the home is very nice with recent upgrades. The beds were comfortable but I recommend bringing a blanket or comforter if you want to sleep with more than a thin sheet. The Vacasa staff was great though and addressed all our concerns, and even brought us a blanket. The actual home was a great property.

There were a few minor issues, but somewhat to be expected in a beach rental. Nothing worth having to call and complain to management while we were there! Location is great, just a short 2 min walk to the beach. The area is really quiet and not a lot of street traffic, which was nice! There was an over abundance of towels, which was FANTASTIC! Both beach and bath towels galore! Overall, we had a good weekend at the Blue Pelican!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The access to the beach is perfect (just don't get off the path in the marshy land or you will be attacked by mosquitos.) The home itself was immaculate. Cleanliness was upmost. The amount of rooms and beds were perfect for our vacation. Thank you!

Was disappointed that the keurig coffee maker did not work. Had to go out every morning to purchase coffee and could not have coffee in the evening.

We loved everything about this house. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable home away from home. We especially loved how close it was to the beach and that it was a short drive into town. We hope to revisit again!

Went with girlfriends for a weekend getaway. Had a wonderful stay, the place was perfectly clean and exceeded our expectations. We definitely plan to return.
