Gulf Breeze Beach House

A beautiful home that made for a great place to stay.

Perfect for a family get a way to Corpus. Bunk beds were a little uncomfortable for my 17 year old grandson, so he ended up on the couch, but everything else was great!

Beautiful kitchen and views. Clean and user friendly. Very close to many museums and places to visit. Even the bridge lights were great to watch.

We had no tv or wifi for two days.The restroom carpets need to be replaced with grip type carpets. Had two people slip on them. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom is to high to step into.

Beautiful place to stay for vaction

The stay was relaxing and fun. The home was clean and all essentials were provided. There was minimal communication with the owner because we had everything needed. Home is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach.

Spacious and clean house near the aquarium and USS Lexington. I really appreciated how well-stocked the house was: linens, cleaning supplies, kitchenware, etc. were all readily available allowing us to have a couple of meals there. North Beach is kinda hit-or-miss for swimming, but in 30 minutes or less you can be at some better options on Padre Island. Really easy to get ahold of the owner for checkin/checkout.Only minor quibble: there is no hot tub. There is a jetted tub (not working) in the main bedroom's bath. But even with that one note I'd be extremely happy to stay here again.

This property is fantastic. On the quiet side of the beach but walkable to north Beach where there a restaurant, bars, souvenir shops etc. we will be returning thanks

House was spacious and clean. Mintues from main attractions but still on a private strip of the beach, exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely stay here again.

Came down for a few days of kiteboarding. Close to kiteboarding at north beach, wildcat, and fairly close to oso bay

Winds where HIGH BUT the outside electric box cover(extremely) rusted flopped in the wind ALL the time. Off to Wal-mart for Duck tape. Cable box on NE pillar of the house Flopped in the wind could not get to it. Garage electric plugs did not work! But the inside was extremely clean & comfortable.

Property worked out great for this trip.

We had a great time during our stay in Corpus Christi. We didn’t have any issues with the house, it was clean and perfectly located. We would book the same house again.

Great location and great for families of 5 or more. Also a great spot for surf fishing.

We enjoyed the location of the home and the beachy feel plus the easy walk to the beach nearby. However a tropical storm caused us to have to evacuate early but the owner was super to forewarn us and help guide us to answer all our questions!

This was a great beach house! We were 2 families with 3 kids under 6. There was plenty of space, lots of outdoor and beach toys, quick walk to the beach, very comfortable primary bed, and good amenities. We had a great memorial weekend!
