However, inside condo itself is a very cozy,1 bedroom, clean,& simple, casually beachfront decorated, not formally elegant. Reviews said some things are outdated(pictures are all recent & dated),but I do not believe in redecorating when things are still useful.br**I own & manage one unit (2300: building 2, 4th floor). My condo is very kid friendly with one of the BEST 180° PANORAMIC VIEW at this complex(20 miles in each direction). Condo:480 SQUARE FEET whereas typical hotel room:350 sq. ft & bay views are 420 sq. ft. I live 10 minutes away should there be ANY problems at all. Property is gated with security. br**This is only 1 of 4 of its kind at this complex(on top floor at end: There is only one condo to the left & one condo underneath(no sounds of feet on ceiling). Also, no foot traffic outside door because it is at very end, away from stairs & elevator(see pic map) & VERY,V,QUIET but noise is not frowned upon. br**Listen to waves, enjoy coffee,& watch dolphins from a private balcony. Balcony is shaded after 12 noon so there is no hot afternoon sun. Relax completely in shade.br**You could drop something from balcony & it will l& on beach. You can actually watch teenagers & adults in the water from balcony & run down stairs in a minute. Beach is much safer with no driving on beach & no rip tides.br**ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK IN: see cancellations.. Be very sure before booking to read all of this listing. I have said if condo is dirty (should not be) I have supplies in the condo to clean it.br**Everything is supplied in kitchen you would ever need: EMERGENCY SUPPLIES WHEN NEEDED, high chair when requested, lots of pots, pans, bake ware, utensils,22 spices, BBQ TOOLS, wine corkscrew, pizza cutter, full fridge. ice trays, blender, microwave, toaster, can opener, ground coffee maker, PROVIDED filtered coffee packs not Keurig, CROCK POT! There are all kinds & lots of BEACH TOYS, Tonka like trucks(cart to tote them to beach),binoculars(ships, birds, DOLPHINS),free WIFI, hundreds of DVD MOVIES,ROKU & lots of apps(Netflix, Hulu etc.),pool noodles, boogie boards, TP for each day up to 7,1 paper towel, complementary coffee, sugar, cream,2 beach chairs,2 chaises, gripper umbrella stand but UMBRELLA broke, 2 beach towels, beach mats, small drink cooler ice chest holds 8 drinks, Dyson vacuum cleaner, all cleaning supplies, dish soap, liquid soap(diluted for foaming container),hotel supplies, library of novels, spare light bulbs,& more, just ask! Two 40 wall mounted TVs. Other owners have seen what I offer & then offer them also. I accept that risk. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS DURING YOUR STAY INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A BAD REVIEW.br**SIX PERSONS MAXIMUM NO MATTER HOW SMALL! This only sleeps 4 adults & 2 children under age 18 maximum(bunk beds are for those under 5' 5 & ARE VERY NARROW:CHILDREN ONLY). 5 OR 6 ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 IS NOT ALLOWED in one condo at VDS SUBJECT TO EVICTION by VDS.br**Close to everything. Biking & walking on beach boardwalk to restaurants, shops, & sites is highly recommended (parking for aquarium $5.00). Bikes can be kept in one of 2 bike racks(securely locked) on property or taken up elevator & stored in hallway or balcony of condo, albeit a little crowded.br**NO pets, but Barkaritaville pet resort or Ruff-inn Pet Lodge will board animals in luxurious conditions.br** I expect guests to leave condo as they found it. I then clean, sanitize it completely & wash linens (IN CLOSET THAT I LEAVE OPEN) in hot water & Downy Unstoppables, Dyson Vacuum cleaner & cleaning supplies provided. THIS IS RENTED AS IS.1- I will do my best to clean it(bleaching everything that can be bleached, vacuuming, dusting)but 2-if you need more cleaning(or are a neat freak),my cleaning supplies or ones you prefer & buy, will clean it better. Chances are I will miss some small cleaning & I apologize. In other words, there is no maid service 3-I will charge you 150.00 & hire a professional to clean if you want.(I DO NOT CLEAN INSIDE CUPBOARDS OR DRAWERS. You should always clean items before use) I use foggers & defense spray(kept in closet)every month so I might miss the occasional dead bug in closet. Beaches & palm trees attract giant Texas size water bugs(keep doors closed)so there might be an occasional live one ready to die in my sprayed all the time condo.br**FYI: 5 charcoal grills.br**CANCELLATIONS:NONE AFTER CANCELLATION TIME PERIOD. For true emergencies I will, however, offer rescheduling that must be done within 3 months if there is availability.
