My condo is very kid friendly with one of the BEST 180° PANORAMIC VIEW at this complex(20 miles in each direction). Condo:480 SQUARE FEET whereas typical hotel room:350 sq. ft & bay views are 420 sq. ft. I live 10 minutes away should there be ANY problems at all. Property is gated with security. br**This is only 1 of 4 of its kind at this complex(on top floor at end: There is only one condo to the left & one condo underneath(no sounds of feet on ceiling). Also, no foot traffic outside door because it is at very end, away from stairs & elevator(see pic map) & VERY,V,QUIET but noise is not frowned upon. br**Listen to waves, enjoy coffee,& watch dolphins from a private balcony. Balcony is shaded after 12 noon so there is no hot afternoon sun. Relax completely in shade.br**You could drop something from balcony & it will l& on beach. You can actually watch teenagers & adults in the water from balcony & run down stairs in a minute. Beach is much safer with no driving on beach & no rip tides.br**ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK IN: see cancellations.. Be very sure before booking to read all of this listing.
