Fantastic location, clean and nice furnishings, only issue was the bed, seemed to be just Mattress toppers put together instead of a mattress was very uncomfortable. But other than that, it was a fantastic location and the in-processing team was awesome.

Perfect location with the beach right out your door. Fun to watch the waves and the friendly people walking their dogs or on a stroll. Highly recommend. The host was perfect. Planning a return sometime soon.

Great oceanfront property!

Excellent access to the beach, great sunrises, beachfront view is very nice. During our stay there were maintenance issues, and we lost water for several hours. The issues were communicated well, but it was a hassle being without water for so long. Also, don’t take a shower and then open the bathroom door- The steam sets off the fire alarm :( Overall though, the unit was as advertised and very clean. Bed is very comfortable as was the furniture. This was a great winter beach weekend, and we would stay here again.

An absolutely stunning & unobstructed view of the sunrise. Very beautiful. Unit description is accurate. Communication from office/host was excellent. Only issues were as follows: 1) coffee maker was dirty 2) smoke alarm came on a couple times, quite possibly as a result of one detector being very close to the bathroom...moisture/humidity from taking a shower caused it to go off, we think. Other than that, no issues. Beds & couch very comfortable.

The beach was right in front of us with a great view for people watching and listening to the sounds of waves breaking. The first floor location facing the beach was PERFECT for this Senior couple. The condo was cute and everything we needed for our short 2 night stay was there for us. We would use this location again for a beach vacay, however there were some issues that you might be interested in hearing. The bed was plenty big. We are used to a King bed. The advert said it was a Queen, but it didn't feel small. However, the mattress was WAY soft, like memory foam. It was difficult to move on it, but we both were able to sleep ok once we found a position we liked. If you are a roller, you may have issues. The a/c worked pretty good for a majority of the condo but it got a little warm in the bedroom.The TV service works but is confusing. There are two remotes for both of the tv's (LR and BR) We had a problem with no connection issues a couple of times. We tried calling the management after hours, but the person on the phone had no way to send help or to offer assistance over the phone. She was honest about her lack of IT skills and apologized. Luckily, we were able to finally trouble shoot the problem. We recommend to the management people that they provide better instructions for using the equipment. I acknowledge that we are NOT that tech savy, so it may not be an issue for most people, but for awhile, we were not happy.Overall, I would recommend this place with the understanding that you are aware of the issues I mentioned here. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

Nothing beats having private bathrooms, showers and air conditioning just a few steps from the waterfront. The units are one bedroom apartments with sleeper sofa. And the porch facing the sea was a great place to sit in the breeze and watch the beach activities. We could see fireworks from there. Uber and Favor delivery but the drive into town is easy.

As usual, the staff at Padre Escapes was very helpful from reservations to changes,checkout, and even the day after checkout. Amber was helpful. The location was great. The condo was clean and well stocked for the most part. The cookie sheet in the stove needs to be replaced (rusty). The only other issue was the hot water in the kitchen wasn't working. Amber said she would report it. Overall beautiful area to hang out in the afternoons and evenings. Food market is 5 minutes away in case you forget something.

Relaxing stay, convenient side-trips to attractions, restaurants, shops, on Padre and Corpus Christi. The only drawbacks of our one week stay was a faulty on-demand hot water heater (extreme hot to cold) and an extremely soft bed (uncomfortable). We notified the office of the hot water heater, near the end of our stay. They were prompt about trying to resolve the issue, and they responded immediately by sending a maintenance person over to check out the issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would return again!

We’re usually hotel people but couldn’t find anything on the water, so we used AIRBNB. I was initially hesitant as we’ve had an issue in the past but this location was perfect; patio on the beach front, clean, well appointed and the hosts instructions were easy to follow. Zero complaints and would use them again.
