Dog-friendly coastal cottage near the water with private yard, outdoor pool, W/D

very clean, fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen, cozy patio, a/c worked great, safe area, light switches were labeled !!

We had an issue with the cleanliness of the unit. The patio was not swept before arrival, there was a piece of bread and a garbage bag on the walkway inside the gate, the unit had a musty smell when we entered, and the ceiling fan blades in the living room were dirty enough that we didn’t want to turn it on for free of stuff flying overhead. The irony of the situation was we were told we could not have an hour early entry because the cleaning staff needed the time.

We enjoyed our little getaway.plan on doing it again.

Great place to stay as we were moving our son into Texas A&M CC. It was only a 15 minute drive to campus, and even shorter to the beach. Nice touch was the beach gear stored in the closet! Thanks for a wonderful move in weekend slash mini vacay!

Overall clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. There was an issue with the smoke alarms going off for no reason and we had to wait a day for the batteries to be changed out, but other than that- all was good. Would highly recommend.

We loved the place! While we had a few minor issues, we were very happy with our choice. The location is very convenient and the cabins are nestled in a very cozy little cluster that still allows for privacy. The outdoor space is very convenient and allows for leaving beach gear and wet towels without concern for theft or appearance to others; not to mention the outdoor shower! Will definitely stay again!

Such a cute house with a great location. Everything was clean, had everything we needed so coffee in the morning was no problem and cooking dinner was easy too. Plenty of space for our party of 6. Would stay here again!

Place was great easy to find and bit far from the beach at all was super clean when we arrived witch is aways a plus thank yall will be useing again

Great little townhome for our stay. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciate enough of the little things that we didn’t have to go buy more of. Like - garbage bags, dishwasher pods, etc. The only suggestion is that the pool lounge chairs be replaced as they are broken (they are made of plastic). Never heard back from management company on the type of coffee maker the home had.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation house! The two-bedroom, two-bath layout was perfect for our group, offering plenty of space and comfort. The large living room was great for relaxing after a day at the beach, which was 5 minutes away. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out. The location was fantastic—close to great restaurants and shops, making it convenient to explore the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained rental near the beach!

We love the privacy of the patio, it is quiet and very peaceful. The house is beautiful and perfect for us and our fur babies. This was our second visit and we will be back. ❤️

A perfect quaint place for a get away and relax weekend. Nice, spacious, quiet, and clean. We will be renting again when we need another Island weekend.

As advertised with caveats: This place is fully equipped, cups, plates, coffees pots (keurig) cooking utensils. Bring nothing. Floors a bit rough and couch needs a good cleaning, but other wise all needs thoughtfully provided for.

The place was clean including cabinets, appliances, bathrooms. With no rugs I did not have to worry if my pet had an accident.

Nice condo overall everything worked. All the necessary amenities were in.

The first thing I noticed about this rental was the cleanliness. Everything was immaculate! For a place that welcome pets, I was honestly surprised by how well everything was maintained. The condo had a lovely pool we enjoyed and the beach was only a mile away, so we rented a golf cart for back and forth trips. We enjoy walking in the evening, and several restaurants, including Starbucks, were within walking distance, and so was a nightly stroll by the Laguna Madre. Also, quick access to the bridge that connects Padre Island to the rest of Corpus Christi. We loved this trip and would absolutely stay here again!

We had an awesome time. Loved the home! Was perfect. Easy access to find lots of good eating places and things to do. Will definitely stay here again given the opportunity to come again!

So many nice touches and the clean minimalist approach was just right for a beach cottage.

Good location for family of 4 to 5 with convenient access to beaches, restaurants, and fishing. Very quiet location with small community pool.

It was nice and perfect 2 bedroom had WiFi and TVs. They had baby/infant amenities. Very clean and has a nice little porch area which is great for nice nights outside. Will come back again??

This place was great for a family of four, and it was pet-friendly. It was close to the beach and quiet and very clean.

The photos do the property justice. The apartment is in a prime location; minutes from several beaches and the restaurants and marina near Marker 37, and just across the highway from Packery Channel, and a short 20 minute drive to Port A. It's clear the owner or whoever decorated and furnished the apartment took the time to do it right. The furnishing were generally updated, the beds and bedding were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and each designated space had its own TV. I would have given it a higher rating but we had a problem with ants in the guest bedroom and bath that went unaddressed, even after I contacted the management group on two separate occasions. We ended up treating the problem and it was only a minor inconvenience, but it was an issues we should not have been responsible for.
